Martini & Rossi. Opened it about a year ago, not refrigerated. ![]() Toss it or drink it? |
Depending on the type of wine, storage conditions, and other variables, it can and will go bad. Dry Vermouth should be refrigerated and keeps for 6-8 months. Other types will keep for around a year if refrigerated or stored in a cool, dry place. That's not to say you can't drink it after those dates, but it definitely won't be the same taste experience, and it may be quite a bad one. |
Why take a risk. Dump it out and drink some cough syrup instead. |
| If you're the kind of persone who lifts a pinky finger while you sip from the cup, dump it out. If you are the kind of person who would drink from a bomp crater if you were thirsty, then chug it and smash the bottle on the sidewalk. Why dilute the experience with bourbon. |
If you're the type of person who enjoys mixology, and it's Dry, dump it. If it's Red, quick, start making Manhattans. |
I guess you lift your pinky when you sip from the cup. Make sure you wear your pink crocs when you go outside to deposit the bottle in the refuse receptacle. |
None of the above. But why mix bad vermouth with premium whiskey? |
