Breakfast for one since the Misses had to go back to work today...nothing fancy, just Bacon, Eggs and Taters with a V8.

Okay, a few details...not a pro cook or anything...
One Idaho tater shredded on a box grater and fried in bacon grease, formed in skillet to about 3/8" thick, covered on med-hi heat until it sizzles...uncover and flip, cook uncoverd till perfect.

I screwed up a lot of taters figuring this out folks!

Those eggs and the bacon look perfect.  Even the hash browns are "crispy" looking.  Not like the slop you sometimes get at [insert shitty breakfast joint]

damn.  I could go for some bacon & eggs right about now.
