Go to 3rds $1 hourly increase pay grade, its at night, and volume is low. Also work under one of the better bosses. Would lose some of my comissions which vary in amounts and $0.50 in differental. Stay where I am on 2nds, but may be stuck back on days at some point. Might make more in comissions (which can vary though), not seeing room to advance anytime soon though. |
