By stock location, I assume you mean like in most GM cars, in the front?
Mid engine cars pretty much always handle better.... Lotus, et al.
Nevertheless, it looks like fun... But is a go-cart.

no just a Ero mini based on a motorcycle engine the dash looks like it came off of one too
ETA think of a subcompact Metro with out a lawn mower engine

its a mercedes smart someone put a motorcycle motor in. definantly not a production vehicle. most of the body panels are missing and everything is hodge podge
