The wifey bailed after almost 14 years and adopting her two boys (21 and 22 yo) that I adopted and raised because their Dad was a shitheel, she left today for an old flame (from 23 years ago). Her kids and brother won't speak to her now. The weird thing is, I'm really not that bummed. Yeah, it hurts a little, ok, a lot. But her boys are totally supportive as well as her brother (who introduced us). Without her medical bills and debt to pay (which are considerable...his problem now), we should be ok. Once the rough shit smooths out, I see more guns and ammo in the future (she wasn't into the whole prep thing anyway). I've been considering putting together a precision .308 bolt action for a while, I just never seemed to have the money. C'est le vie (?). Scoth is a heeluva drug.  |
