Anyone know a good way to go about looking this up on the web, a decent site perhaps? I have done some searching and all I can find seam to be smoke and mirrors. Real Estate agent time?

Can't help you as to the web. Usually the local sheriff will post them. You can call banks and ask for the REO,(Real Estate Owned.)
