Was visiting DoubleARon a few weeks ago. Two pits (yes, they were pits) attacked the neighbor's cat under Mrs. DoubleARon's car. Tore the poor cat apart. We called the dog catcher while tossing them meat scraps trying to keep them in DoubleARon's yard. It was Saturday morning and there was a playground just down the street that filled up with kids on Sat mornings. I wanted to shoot them, but DoubleARon didn't want any shooting in his neighborhood. RATZ!!! That pair were the meanest looking pits I've seen in a while. Faces scarred up, they had been fought. Dog catcher finally showed up, got one as the owner on the next street was taking him in the house. The other disappeared. DoubleARon and I cleaned up the cat and he hauled off the pieces somewhere. Wasted our morning, we had work to do. |
