Good Morning. Just put my window unit back in. It was stored vertically, so how long should it take until it is ok to power up? I am aware of the fact that the coolant\oil mix can separate when unit is on its side, etc. Many Thanks.

48 hours was always the rule we used on improperly stored (positionally) PTAC units before firing them up.
