Before posting a NEGATIVE feedback And assuming I've been ripped off?

Details: I decided to buy an upper form a board member,
(not gonna name him since he's a  contributor)
at least not yet....

sent Pm't via Paypal on 6/17.
sent several IM regarding status and tracking No.   .......

It's now 7/1 and no replies...

I DO realize that it's possible for thinks to be delayed but I'm lookin' at  two weeks  W/O a delivery, e-mail or IM regarding this sale.
He has many Pos. feedbacks , No neg. feedbacks
and others have gotten their uppers.WTF?

an I just impatient or?

Just post Neg. feedback? start a dispute thru Paypal?

If he's a contributor (as in paid advertiser) he has a phone number.

have you tried calling him?

If he's a team member, I'd start a thread in the feedback forum.  Be sure to save all IM's as they may be needed to asess fault.

14 days without communication is far too long.

Start a thread in the EE and give negative feedback, then the mods will be able to lean on member. Or you could just contact an EE mod and see what they can do for you. Good luck.

yeah, I found the ad in question.

He's a good guy and very prompt (usually) when I've purchased things from him.

You aren't getting scammed so that ought to put your mind at ease.
