Yep, the religious right is spinning up the smear machine to try to tarnish him.  I have a feeling this is just the first of many...

Nice propaganda.  All context was cut out of the video.  All I hear him talking about is state's rights.

So they are trying to convince me 'Mr. 100% rating National Right to Life' is pro choice? Whatever.

I am really getting sick of the abortion debate.  There are way the hell too many people who make it the only issue the only issue they gauge a someone on.  I hate abortion, but the 2nd Amendment is a much bigger issue to me.

Pro choice? So am I!

Even more of a reason to vote for Fred!

Ovaries = Opinions, so Im out of it.

Fred is Fred, if thats the worst the idiots could come up with... then we have no worries.

I didn't watch the video, but I have seen it before. He opposes Roe V Wade and believes that each state should decide. That means that the people will have to vote on it. How is that pro choice?

Then you suppose wrong.

I am the "religious right" and I love Fred.

He supports states rights and understands that the Constitution says absolutely nothing about abortion.

Close, but no cigar my friend.

I highly doubt that this little spin show was put together by the "religious right".

It looks more like something desperate that the lefty-loonies would put together to try to divide their enemy and turn them against Fred.

(it didn't work, did it?)

That's exactly what he's been saying for awhile...it's the States call not the Fed .gov.

Exactly. While Fred is personally very pro-life he knows that even today that this nation is a nation of laws. Whether your pro-life or pro-death/choice there is nothing in the Constitution saying that abortion is a "right". Roe vs. Wade should be overturned where it rightfully will be up for the States to decide. States like California, New York, Oregon will allow it while states like Texas, Nebraska, Utah, and most of the South will outlaw it.

I think it is possible to be very much against abortion and yet not think that it ought to be automatically criminal. I am led to believe that this is Fred's opinion, and frankly, it is not far from my own. I like the guy.
