Exactly. While Fred is personally very pro-life he knows that even today that this nation is a nation of laws. Whether your pro-life or pro-death/choice there is nothing in the Constitution saying that abortion is a "right". Roe vs. Wade should be overturned where it rightfully will be up for the States to decide. States like California, New York, Oregon will allow it while states like Texas, Nebraska, Utah, and most of the South will outlaw it. |
