For those of you out there scoffing at the "militia," guess what.  Constitutional writers considered anyone with a private firearm a member or potential member of the militia, think of the Minutemen.  

The media, of course, finds the most wacked out nut from the boonies who is a self-proclaimed general with more smiley face ribbons than a Mexican Field Marshall and who blames the government for tornadoes, and then does a special on the militia.

The general public, it seems, need tin-foil hats when watching the "news."
