Mystery shopper. Supposedly, my aunt does this, but I've talked to her only a handful of times in the last 5-10 years and don't know much else about it than that. Basically, retail stores (esp large chain stores) pay mystery shopper firms to send mystery shoppers into their stores to rate their customer service, etc. |
