[ARCHIVED THREAD] - help with Credit Card please

What kind of credit card would you guys recommend? I will be purchasing about $6-700 in items on a card. I'd like to get the lowest interest rates I can as I will slowly make purchases and pay them off to start my credit off right. Anyone have any suggestions for a newbie to the credit game? This is what I have found!

Shit.. I can't even get a secured card. And I have one thing on my report that I am disputing.

i guess I'll apply and see what credit limit and tems I have. after all, there is no annual fee.
