Any word on the config and price? I learned from the FAL to sit low until something is confirmed. I wish bushmaster would just give a price sheet. 1-50 $xxxxx 51-100 $xxxxx 100-200 $xxxxx |
| I've said over and over again, no need to wait on ordering. Buy a Rock River Arms, (which has NO block in the rear of lower) with a singel stage trigger, ANY upper you want, and I can probably get your ar15.com serial number for $555 of 100 or more, or $575 for single sales with no ar15.com logo. Only catch is RRA is slow to ship. |
| Someone on here once said, "why should we pay his markup fee" well, if you call $10 much of a markup then so be it, but keep in mind, I'm a small dealer that would be shipping to about 40 states at over 100 addresses, do I make any money? NO, this is a service I'm offering to the AR.15 forum, just because I like you guys, everyone seems to be sincere. |

03BULLSEYE, Do you build M4A3 lookalikes with the fixed telestock, M4 type barrel and a brake of some sort? Maybe a Wilson or KKF A2 lookalike? If so what would be the figure for that? If the group purchase doesnt go through or they choose a different model I would be interested in such a configuration as long as I know what all is on it. Thanks |

Waiting a little longer would be the best idea to me. Nothing to lose, and we will still have all options open in the end. Do we have a final count for all buyers & number of rifles yet? Whoever we go with for the “contract”, it will be a plus for them as well, considering the amount of hits this Website gets. |

Guntoter, as far as the M4 goes I can have them build any config you wish, except the barrel probably won't be step down, (not that you need it)Muzzlebreak and stock not a problem. Garandman, plastic & acessories is totally different than a complete gun. I've ordered over 50 guns from them early last year, they were quick to ship, but they are very far behind right now. About Cav. Arms, I'm not against them because I am not familiar with their product, but if they have a problem (other than they compete) with Rock River Arms, let's hear it, let us form our own opinion. |

I am 25 minutes from Cincinnati, 45 minutes from Lexington. I am 1 mile from I75. I can see I75 from back door. BeauBeaux - I am on the Marine Corps Rifle Team and shoot at Oak Ridge often, how far are you from there. Akrazy- My Marine MP unit is in Dayton, I probably pass you too. Won't be able to respond til morning. |

Guy's I just happened to visit this topic and read the comments about garryowen and the cavalry arms lower. I've had one of the cav. arms lowers for a couple of weeks now. I put an M4gery upper on it. It's very cool. Cool enough for my buddy (former bolt-gun only boy) to buy one after he tried mine last week. If anyone has any specific questions about this lower, e-mail me direct. I'll be happy to answer anything I can. Dave |

When I spoke to the VP of Sales at Bushmaster last week he had to take proposal to CEO for the special configuration we asked for. We also have requested a proposal from Rock River for the exact same config. We are in IL close to Rock River. Our experience is they are higher in price & slower in deliverly but 2-300+ rifles should get their attention. Hopefully antiUSSA will hear from both tomorrow but his Kidney stones have been acting up & I am on the road. We want to post the info from both at one time. Grin |

03BULLSEYE...I don't have a problem with Rock River products, I actually think they put out a good rifle at a fair price. My problem is with the owners of Rock River and the whole ASA mess I just recently went threw. Things went down in a manner that wasn’t cool. Anyone who has ever dealt with me can tell you I’m a stand-up guy and I’ve been in some situations where I could have made a quick buck in a questionable manner, but I didn’t. I don’t have time for lap dogs and as it sits now, if Rock River were selling bars of gold for $1.00 I would have to pass. |

I am waiting to hear what Bushy answers, as opposed to RRA, I just want the best deal for my money. I have contacted 03bulsseye privately, and he seems to be an honest dealer and member of this forum. It does not seems to me that he is trying to make a killing$$$ here at our expense (so what if he makes $10.00 per rifle). karlozg |

I'm sure 03 BULLSEYE is a good dealer and as a consumer, the people of the board need to spend there money in the manner that gets them the best bang for the buck (no pun intended). As I stated, RRA makes a good product, BUT for me, I would rather not deal with someone that has wronged me. I literally have over 50 AR's right now and don't need another one that bad. My post has nothing to do with 03BULLSEYE or anyone else here, just my feelings about working with Rock River. |

Why is the discussion even in the air on the 10 dollars per gun issue. I would be happy to do a flat rate fee (like 100.00 that would be less then 50C per gun) to fill out the FFL paperwork. We also get discount rates through UPS on our shipping. I guess no-one read my last post :-( [sniper] Bullseye I sent a copy of our ffl to you yesterday incase I ever need something quick. |
