please, please show "Metalocalypse" at a normal hour, instead of 4:45 AM on Monday mornings, show it during the week at the same time you have everything else. Sincerely yours, Deej86 |

YES-- They've gone too far down the Otaku bandwagon and are putting crap up... Bebop was good for the most part, I never got into Trigun but they forgot what made them great: Giant Robots. Oh, and that one with the guy that lived in the woods with a bunch of aliens. I can't remember the name of that one but it was fun. |

| Right on Deej. And while we're at it, quit the dumb ass live action shows. Tom goes to the mayor, Saul, and Tim And Eric need to burn. +1 on the GOOD anime (Bepop Trigun). Make Squidbillies a full 1/2 hour. Stop with the 15 minute blocks, it's just annoying. What happened to Whatshisname of Barbaria? Did they only make 1 episode? Assy McGee was awful. Frisky Dingo was 50/50. Oh, and don't employ anarchists to do your movie advertising. 12oz mouse deserves better artwork. Thank you getting Family Guy back into production, and please get Dino a Level 4A vest, cuz some pissed off Christian is gonna murder him someday.(Not me) |
Then why do you keep the tapes? I have such a large stock of videocassettes, it makes sense to keep a VCR around. The depressing thing is that if you want to buy a VCR they are more expensive than DVD players. |

Of course Bebop was good. A show about bounty hunters, in space, with real guns (Jericho 941, Walther P99, and Glock... something, respectively) and cool jazz and heavy metal soundtrack? And a cool dog to boot? Trigun starts out goofy, but it gets darker and more serious as the show goes on. Plus, except for Millie's 'stun gun' (the gatling thing) and Wolfwood's cross, all the guns in the show are based on real firearms. Meryl uses High-Standard .22 Magnum derringers, Wolfwood uses 1911's with a single-hand chambering feature like the Lignose Einhander and Chinese Model 77B, most of the bad guys have AK-47's and MAC-10's, just about everybody and his mother uses Colt SAA revolvers, Vash's gun is based on the Mateba Unica 6 and Webley revolvers, and even the funky revolver the bartender lady has in the episode with the drunken gunsmith is based on a real gun. |
