Wrong forum.
Is it C++.NET(VS2005) or actual Visual C++(pre .NET)?
It is probably a quick function key hit (not sure which one).

Tried all the obvious things like view>toolbars but didnt see it. I'll check again.
I have this but w/o the right toolbox
