Hey guys,

Im looking at buying a new rifle and was contemplating getting a nice old M1A, or something new and super modular like an XCR. But then comes along some guy asking me why I dont wait for the Masada... Well I didnt even know what the Masada was, and now I want one.

So what is the deal? Where do I find more info about them, like cost, and when they will even be available? This is probably old news to most, but can you help me out?

Yep the GD Firearms section or go to the AR tech section and go to new products.

So far Magpul is claiming first quarter '08.....and even if they're pushed back a quarter or two we'll still make it in b4 a ban comes up (if one does)

However...that's a ways off and why not get him started on a design that has already flooded the market like the M1A or AR.

I honestly would get him an AR if he doesn't have one. You can get them for a good price and then he can properly do whatever he wants w/ it w/ tons of possibilities at his hands.

I searched it, and got some cool pictures... But honestly its just so much easier to ask.

I have plenty of ARs and AKs, but I just came into some money and I wanted a new toy. I have never had an M1A, and I like the XCR. I may not be able to hold out long enough to buy this rifle.
