blog.cleveland.com/metro/2007/04/police_shoot_dog_during_backya.html Before everyone faults the police, I wonder if its ever wise to train your dog to attack anyone that comes near it. Of course, if you dont' what good is the animal as a guard dog? And, really, before you go barreling into a private yard of a third-party who is completely uninvolved in the criminality (water balloons, remember) that you're trying to deal with, dont' you at least look to see if there's a dog? Geez. |

Why are officers not taught the basics of defending against dog attack without shooting the dog. Now a pit, who give a shit, they can do major damage and once locked down not much you can do. But it seems there are no boundaries on the dogs being shot from fuking terriers to labs. Are they give any training on how to deal with a dog, besides a bullet? Bill3508 |
Because apparently the police (who are supposed to be held to a higher standard than most) are held to a lower standard than your average pizza delivery guy, meter reader, or mailman. |
