Middle aged women get menopause. It's a time where their body chemistry changes causing physiological and psychological changes.

A similar process occurs in men. It's called "You're Old".

My friend said its more like "hot flashes". Appearently he has heard women describe such things. Probably a more accurate term than menopause.

What's his blood pressure like?  I would be more apt to suspect he has something else wrong such as high blood pressure or low tyroid.  Patty
