I CAN read. The question stands. How do you know how it turned out? It hasn't been cut (in the pics I see). I've sent back steaks that looked good, but were not cooked to specs, several times. And why deduct points cuz it's not cooked the way YOU like it? |

I'm not the one that deducted points for the cooking. Ya, you're right. We don't know how it turned out since we can't trust what the OP wrote. It's probably really cat food.  Are you a public school teacher? You just give out 10's to make sure you don't hurt any feelings and to build self esteem?

It was rare alright. Fork tender. Awful tasty. Had a chicky-snack over this eve, thus the second plate and the Rum and Coke for her. She kind of got into the whole dinner pic idea.  I thought that the beer glass was rather funky when I first got it. But I love it now. The store bought dressing in question is better than I can produce for Blue Cheese and Creamy Ceasar. Kind of a "if its not broke, don't fix it" idea. ETA: Hers was more towards the MED-RARE for you nit-pickers. I aim to please. |
nope, not a school teacher, as you can probably tell by my typing, punctuation and other hints. But, the man had the prerequesits. He doesn't deserve deductions because he cooked something different than the way YOU or others like it.
