Im at Blackwater this week, and saw a bunch of guys in woodland cammies with no name tapes and a patch with a Viking's head on it. Who are these guys? They are doing a driving course here with HMMV's.

They're probably civilians. If they're military and not wearing name/branch tags then they probably wouldn't wear unit patches either.
