anyone know where i can order specific cut foam for different handguns?

You can buy foam floor mat from Sam's or Harbor Freight or Home Depot and cut it with a scroll saw. It works great.

I use an electric carving knife for cutting and shaping foam, and it cuts through the stuff just like butter. Picked up at Wal-Mart for $16.
