We all have stories about terrible service, I thought I would share a great one. I traded for an ACOG on the EE. After much anticipation I was very disappointed when I found the retical was frozen and would not allow it to be zeroed. The person I traded with expressed no knowledge of the problem.

Before entering into a dispute, I called Trijicon. They gave a return number and send it and let us take a look. Sixteen days after they received the scope it arrived to my front door. Not only was virtually every part replaced, the rear peep ight (NSN model) that had been mising was provided. All repairs and return shipping were free.

It is great that a company not only stands behind their products, even though I was not the original purchaser, but they are great to talk with as well. Too John at Trijicon, thanks for beng a man of your word and for representing your company so well.

Part of that service is engineered into the price.   Those scopes ain't cheap, so you figure they'd take care of you.

It IS awesome that they didn't hassle you about proof-of-purchase or any bullshit like that.  You obviously had THEIR product, which means they got money for it at some point.  AND they took care of it no questions asked.

It's great to hear things like that nowadays.  If I had the budget for optics like the ACOG, I wouldn't hesitate to buy one.

Be sure to write/email the company about this.  I'm quite certain they'll appreciate hearing from you.
