Of course I was the first one to bring up racism. 1. I was the first responder to the post. 2. WCC posted about something that happens all over the world on a daily basis.But posted this one . I was wondering if it happened close to his home or something. 3. WCC post just happens to be about BLACK men raping a WHITE woman. 4. He mentions getting a rope (Linching) for these guys. If 4 whites raped and murdered a black girl it would be a hate crime and the media would have it on the front page every day for 3 months. I tend to agree with the assessment that the original post was racial. The fact that the OP identified the "perps" and "victims" in visual terms, AND the "Get a rope..." call... I think the intent was clear, or perhaps it was instinct. Regardless. I could be mistaken, of course. But I call it like I see it. |

It's about how the content was presented that makes it racial in nature. Not the content itself. Stories of whites murdering blacks, or blacks murdering whites are not automatically "racist" stories. |

I strongly disagree, people are overly sensitive. I detected NO racial overtones at all. But then I am objective and dont see color when it comes to these stories. Automatically seeing color as a result of viewing the story is not only an overdose of PC b.s it also shows racism because it is assumed that the post was racist in nature. In other words adding a racial overtone by claiming one's PC Sensibilities were offended, is racist in and of itself. |

Damn, Looks like an aweful crime and these guys will get a first class ticket through the justice system. I agree that executions should be carried out more and should be public if they really are going to serve to deter crime. Public hangings is neither cruel or unusual in my opinion in that being hung in public is no more cruel than being hung in private in terms of suffering or pain, and hanging is by no means unusual as it is the second most popular form of execution in the world. So, fair orderly trial as a nation of laws and if found guilty a sentence that fits the crime. Send a message....get a rope. |

Why did the OP find it necessary to post links to TWO stories, in order to make his point? The content was all contained one of the links. Just not the images showing the race of the perps and the victims. It seems that such a demonstration was the intent behind using both links -to show us what they all looked like. Why? |

I would announce that they were going to be released from jail in 4 dayswhile they awaited trial. I would also send every ppolice officer to a training seminar that day. I would make a big spectacle of it. I would have them released from their irons on the courthouse lawn, and then quickly turn away. I'm sure more than a few fathers would turn out to see that one. |
