I had a friend request from some girl named Zara. I was going to accept thinking it could be somebody from here, but when I clicked ok, a window popped up saying it was a private profile....then Tom showed up in a window saying I could view the profile by downloading some type of viewer thing.  It's now 6 hours later and I'm virus free again...I think.

You're funny. Myspace isn't just for kids.....or pervs. I am neither. I'm a 43 yr old disabled woman who thought it might be a nice way to keep in touch with friends AND expose younger people to see that a disability isn't a life sentence AND show them the joy of hunting, crossbow shooting, and gun shooting. Pull your head out of the sand and check it out sometime. Didn't mean at all to upset you, I am truly sorry if I did. ARFCOM *does* have it's share of grown men playing on myspace, though, and they do deserve to be made fun of for their time spent at myspace when they ought to be figuring out how to move out of their mother's basement garage apt. !!!

This was aimed at Markbme, sorry...I just get tired of everybody thinking myspace is a kidde site and his link was an insult. There are a lot of disabled people who can only comunicate with friends through the computer, so it may just hit a little close to home for me. I work a full time job, so this is not an issue for me. Anyway, sorry I erupted over it. |

My wife loves MySpace. Interestingly the other night while I was sitting next to her she got the same popup thing. MySpace has all kind of hackers doing weird crap to it. Everybody's passwords were compromised recently. They lost a bunch of data one time too. Btw the CEO of the company I'm currently working at is the guy who started and sold MySpace.com  .
