Well, my LG 1400 cellphone is dying on me.  Figures it would as soon as I'm eligible to upgrade my phone.  Of course, I'd have to extend my contract for another 2 years.  I'm not too concerned about it though.  Have been with Cingular (BellSouth) since 1998.

Anyhow, here are my choices:

#1  Motorola L2  Cost: $0.00

#2  LG C2000 Cost: $0.00

#3  Samsung X507 Cost: $0.00

#4  LG CG225 Cost: $9.99

I don't know about any of those phones, but I picked Samsung because I think they make the best cellphones.

I have an L2. It's a great phone and not bad for free. It lacks a camera but I only pay $10 bucks a month because I am on the Family plan.

I've never had a Samsung cellphone.  I've pretty much been with Motorola, Nokia, and LG.  When you say Samsung makes the best, are you speaking from personal experience or word of mouth? If personal experience, which model do you have?  Thanks for the input.

I like the look of the L2.  Guess I can do without a camera feature.  I've been a little spoiled with having a camera with my LG 1400.  Thanks for the input.

I had one Motorola model (T720 with Verizon)...It was replaced under warranty every few months until the warranty expired 1 year after purchase...I had a 2 year contractNo more Motorolas for me

I bought a Samsung A320 a few years ago..it is still in use on my account with a secondary number. Excellent phone, few features.

My Current phone is an LG6100. Pretty good phone but the web browser is extremely slow.

LG makes good phones. I'll never own another Motorola, numerous problems with all the ones I owned.

the razr is not worthy of the moto namebrand. nice on features, but overall crappy. i really hate the tin-foil keypad.  i returned mine for a moto E815 and i am looking to buy a spare E815 since I like this one so much.
im on alltel though, and only alltel and verizon have the e815 as far as i know.

Wow!!  Motorolas seem to be sub-par from the responses so far.  Thanks for sharing your bad experiences with Motorolas.  I'm getting leary about getting the Motorola now.  LGs and Samsung are looking good right now.

ETA:  Wow!  The poll says to get the Motorola though.
