I tried connecting my computer to the DVR audio output but it sounded like shit.  Even tried cleaning it up with Sound Forge to no avail.

Too subtle. Where's the ringtone for the red line from "In Like Flint"?

I use this website, www.smashthetones.com. The website is free to use, I only pay for the internet use on my phone to download the ringtone

I want the annoying tone from Jurassic Park III.  Where the phone is in the pile of dung.

I hunted around and found the notes, but I can't get a real copy of it.

That's a good question.  I could have sworn I'd e-mailed a .WAV file to my i560 before and used it as a ringtone.  Yea, my phone received it and I can hear it but I can't seem to get it out of my message inbox to use it.  Looks like I'll have to drop the bucks on a data cable.

I'm pretty green at this stuff, but when I tried to use the website you linked to, I can only upload a *.MIDI file.  The file that was posted was in MP3 format.  Is there an easy (cheap) way to convert an MP3 file to MIDI format? Thanks!

Unfortunately, my Nokia can only use Polyphonic (MIDI) ringtones.  I've tried to convert the mp3 to wav and then to midi, but it's a no-go.

Any midi versions?

The easiest way would be bluetooth, but the next would be to buy a link/data cable from your phone supplier. I don't know how much those run, but probly not much more than $20 i would think.  I don't know of many ways to get mp3 to midi or anything, but i assume on the that google is your friend.
