| Simple road trip for a group of guys to travel the country. It's just going to be a weekend expedition, so I need ideas from everyone who is from the area... Anything special there? |

Tourist Traps include: Aquarium, IMAX 3D Theater, Riverwalk, Ruby Falls, Rock City, Lookout Mountain etc.... Downtown Restaurants: Big River Grill and Brewery, Sticky Fingers, Taco Mac, etc...... Lots of Civil War Battlefields around the area. Lee Hwy/Hwy 153 area has a new Sportsmans Warehouse. The college crowd is downtown around the Aquarium. Hamilton Place Mall Area has many restaurants and a few bars. Hixson has restaurants and bars. There are alot of hiking areas on Lookout Mountain. You can hike or bike through the Chickamauga Battlefield. 45 minutes east you can raft the Ocoee River or drive into the Cherokee Natl Forest(Hunting season so be careful). Trout fish on the Hiwassee 1 hr away. Have fun AccurateOne |
