He may be a racist asshole, but as Wesley Snipes said in Demolition Man, you can't take away peoples' rights to be assholes. Otherwise, from what I've read, he was setup. There is no question that his wife and child were murdered by the Federal government though. Also, quit trolling. |

What I would like to know is why the Militia of Montana guys held such a very low opinion of him. One would think that they would be natural allies... I remember hearing accusations that Randy Weaver had other dealings with the fuds, the proceeds of which are what paid for his cabin. That begs the question, "Who did he screw over?". That, and that he also ripped off his neighbors for a lot of $$$. Dunno one way or the other, but all that was stuff coming from people who were initially some of his biggest supporters, not from the leftist press. |
