About a month ago I renewed my membership and also purchased a Turtleneck shirt, my credit card was charged for $40.00 but the turtleneck was never shipped yet? Anyone know how long it takes them to ship the items? Thanks in advance. From, Joe…. |
It routinely takes until the person raises a stink. The store items are handled by GoatBoy alone and he has been snowed under with "stuff"--including the site crash a couple of weeks ago. The best I can suggest is an e-mail to him with something catchy in the subject line--"You ripped me off on a shirt purchase" usually gets the job done.

Do you know what the order number is? I only had one order for the mock T-neckwithin the past month, which was order #5319 from Tom S. If you have a copy of the order please email or IM. Since all apparel is special ordered and done, it sometimes takes up to 2-3 weeks to get to you. Also depends on how fast I get the order forwarded to me. |
