OK, post your favorites. These have to be ones you have used numerous times in the past and swear by.

I'll skip mine for now since I don't think it is that good. Plenty of heat but lacking in flavor. Motivation is a pot I made tonight which I feel is lacking. I need a new recipe.

BEANS VS NO BEANS COMMENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED!

BTW, true chili does not have meat. Hence the Chili Con Carne [with meat] verbiage.

NP, I tagged it last week, hoping to find new recipes and to watch the yankees get beat down for adding beans. I still hadn't had a chance to read it.

I would love to see a thread on this subject with some recipes. All we ever get is a bunch of replies with nothing more than people trolling

A simple recipe:

Fry up  1-2 chopped up garlic cloves in 3-4 TS of oil until brown, add 1-2 chopped onions and cook until clear.

Add 2 pounds ground chuck w/salt pepper, brown. (The less you stir the chunkier the Chili)

Add 2 32 oz cans of diced tomatoes, 2-3 prepackaged Chili mix envelopes, and 2-3 cans of chili (kidney) beans.

AND the secret ingredient, a bottle of "Old Elpaso Jalapeno Peppers WITH THE LIQUID"

Simmer 1-2 hours, add a couple chopped up green peppers a half hour before it is done.

Enjoy!
