I just bought an iPod nano for my wife, and there's one thing we cant seem to figure out. How do you stop a song once you have started playing it? There's no stop button, and if you hit menu it keeps playing. Help would me much appreciated.

Just press the play button again (it doubles as the pause button). After it's been paused for a certain period of time, it will go to sleep, and eventually turn itself off.

Hit the play/pause button. Hold it down for a couple seconds and it will shut off.

hit the pause button. Should be the lowest button on the scroll wheel.

you drop it in cool water to shut it off. Warm water to charge the battery.

Thanks for the advice i knew the play/pause button thing was bullshit. filling up my buckets as we speak...
