Where do most of you purchase your accessories from? Mail order or local suppliers?

I loot them off the rotted corpses of my slaughtered enemies.

Other times I have my wife watch the jerky stand, so I can see what the other vendors are selling.

My idea of accessories, are stock weights, match barrels, match sights, and a tuned trigger. Not to mention a Turner 1907 sling.

I bought my parts from Bushmaster, and my slings from the ODCMP.

I don't like all the bolt on poser shit.

bolt on poser shit eh? you ever think some ppl might actually need/use their "bolt on poser shit"? ....if you'd go crawl  back in your hole this site would be well on its way to being a lot better

You may need that bolt on shit in combat, but anything else makes you a wannabe.
A flashlight is understandable, maybe even a red dot type sight. When you start bolting on every item under the sun, you make every gunowner look bad.

The anti-gunners already hate AR15's, why give them something more to bitch about.

Did I make you cry Fivepointoh? Go have your Momma change your Huggies.

Yes I called it bolt on poser shit, that's my opinion. Like assholes, everyone has one.
I never once said you couldn't own that shit. If it makes you happy, I would be the last person to stand in your way.
But keep this in mind. Everytime someone mentions on these boards the 400 pound guy at the range, decked out in Marpat with his tricked out M4orgery. It very well could be you.

allow me to rephrase.....i thought you were meaning that if you have a surefire or pentagon as a dedicated weapon light w/ a red dot of some sort and maybe a vert grip then you're a poser...going by your first statement this was the case....now i agree w/ the IR crap and NV crap totally but this is a hobby and ppl can do as they plz...no you didn't make me cry but you did leave a bad impression w/ your elitest "i don't need that shit" attitude

Everything you mentioned enhances the performance of the rifle, just like lights/lasers/FF tubes/Stocks/Slings/Foward grips etc.........So I guess youre just trying to tell us you like "bolt on" poser shit too.

Wherever I can get what I want.

Usually locally if it's available, I don't mind paying a bit more if I can have it "right now."

I'm very much a window-shopping impulse-buyer.

Hypocrisy, thy name is fivepointoh...

As to the original question, I use EE and Arfcom dealers/supporters whenever possible.

The EE, I try to buy from Local dealers from the EE, gunshows and lastly local shops. The local shop have not yet grasped the idea of atleast trying to win over some of the internet crowd.
