Contact Austin Homebrew Supply... they can provide everything you need at a competitve price.  Good advice and easy to work with, too.   http://www.austinhomebrew.com/index.php

Here is a good place to start.  morebeer.com

To start, you are going to need a pot to cook it in,
a fermenter (I use plastic buckets for my primary and a carbuoy for a secondary),
a thermometer,
a racking siphon,
a wine theif,
a hydrometer,
bottles (I use 5 gal kegs)
a 6 gallon bucket with a spigot,
a bottle capper,
a bottle cleaning brush,
sanitizer,
and one of their ingredient kits.

Your initial investment should be about $200 and you can decide on stuff like kegs and wort chillers from there.

Just go buy a copy of Charlie Papazian's book "The Joy of Homebrewing" and read the first chapter or so to get a feel for what is required before you buy.  That book is considered the bible for home-brewers and will serve you well as you learn more about the craft.  Also, there are homebrew forums out on the net that can provide more topic-specific input much like you get here about guns.

This appears to also come with ingredients to make 5 gallons of beer.  Seems like a fair price to me (a former homebrewer).  I like that they also include a glass carboy instead of crappy plastic.

Home Brew Pro Shoppe
This place is local to me and a good bunch of folks I got outfitted there very easily, initially I bought a used kit from a friend who discovered Home Brewing was not for him... I also use their recipe kits, I also second the Pappazian book.
Also the forum www.homebrewtalk.com/ good bunch of folks there too.

Also this one which I found to be more helpful than the book

Thats awsome, after doing some reading I think I want to get a full boil kit. Im just trying to price them out, looks like 275 to 400 bucks. So many different options.
