Hey all,

Not sure if this is a dupe or not, but I can't search the General forum.

If we were to start an Arfcom required reading list, what would you put on it?

I will start with:

Sun Tzu - The Art of War

Also, I have seen it mentioned here before, but what is the name and author of the book regarding the "new style of warfare" ala insurgency that can be related to Iraq and what is going on in Israel/Lebanon?  It has been out for a while, and it was referenced as almost a required read for anyone studying special warfare/guerilla warfare/insurgent warfare.

I would have chosen the American Constitution and the Federalist Papers before Sun Tzu- but that's just me.

In addition to Sun Tzu's Art of War
                   Yamamoto Tsunetomo's Hagakure
                   NAVMC 2614 Professional Knowledge
Miyamoto Musashi's Book of Five Rings
Jeff Cooper's To Ride, Shoot Straight and Speak the Truth
Jeff Cooper's The Art of the Rifle
                   N. Mashiro, Ph.D. Black Medecine series(all 4 books)

Many more than that too, just what's currently here on the desk.
