Ive seen several articles saying that the tangos are using "anti tank missiles", is this referring to RPG-7s or actual wire guided or laser guided anti tank missiles?

Also wondering the same.

They are using big IEDs which blew up at least one tank.

No they are referring to full blow anti-tank missles not just RPGs.

Im guessing they are RPGs as it is mentioned that they are using them to ambush infantry. But I would not be suprised if the Chinese sold them AT-2 Swaggers.

Hezbollah got Kornet-E laser-guided anti-tank missiles and training from Syria, who got them from Russia. Kornet-Es are capable of killing any western main battle tank.

There are reports Hezbollah has Iranian versions of the Russian AT-14 Kornet anti-tank missile. They certainly have new anti-tank missiles than the AT-2 or AT-3.
