Well packed soil but not hard pack, no vegetation. The trick is, 2 large tree roots, that stick out 1-2" from the ground like speed bumps. And those are right at the front, so no real momentum to help out. |
One might think. ETA: There will be no cheating with this feat of strength. No people helping push, no winches, no truck power involved. This is do or die. |

We have a saying at UPS when it comes to lifting heavy things all by yourself.... "Hey, if you hear a ripping noise in your back and taste blood, is that a good thing?" Somehow it's gotta be possible to apply this to the VW situation. "If you hear a terrible metal clanking sound and smell fried clutch plate, is that a good thing?" |
