I did a search and didn't find this posted already. On Fox News this morning they did a segment on Operation Helmet. This is an organization that is sending helmet upgrades to the troops. They claim by adding this upgrade kit, it keeps the helmet from slapping the skull when hit by blasts, thus decreasing brain injuries. The guy that spoke on the news show was Dr. Bob Meaders who is the founder of this charitable organization. This guy really made some sense during the discussion.
