Seems like a lot of guys with mustache only (no goatee, no beard) have some machismo issues like they're trying REAL hard to be masculine. Seems a lot of cops and cop wannabees (mall ninjas) have mustaches. Now of course not all mustacheoed folks are overcompensating but that just seems to be the stereotype. Like if they need a guy in a movie to be a real superprick, he'll have a mustache. Do any of you other folks get the impression that a lot of mustache only guys are kind of trying too hard to project their "maleness"? Well do ya?  |

I work in a job where occasionally I have to wear a respirator. No beards with respirators. Plus, my beard looks like crap, but my lip caterpillar is OK with my wife. She prefers it to my being clean-shaven. I've had it so long now I don't know if I'd recognize myself without it. No manliness issues here. |
Same with me, it comes in patchy if at all. I can grow thick facial hair everywhere else but would like the 'stache to round out the goatee |
And any cop with one should be ashamed
