Pardon my newness/dumbness but why is there not a tacked 2nd Amendment discussion thread in either the General or General Legal or General History or General Political sections? Is it somewhere else? I would be happy to contribute:

It became apparent in the CA lower thread that there were components on both sides; individual vs group right and a near hijacked thread was the result. Of course, some of it could have been trool inspired. Anyway, I see no tacked thread for either side of the discussion.

Also, seemed like there were a lot of requests since January for websites on pro/con gun control for school papers. Each thread had to be answered seperately instead of being directed to a tacked thread with the data already to go. We/you have most other repeated topics tacked, why not gun control?
