If an individual's rifle suddenly fired fully automatic without any illegal modifications being done, would it be legal for an individual to fire several magazines through the gun and post details and a video in this hypothetical situation as long as the said gun was sent to the manufacturer on Monday to be repaired?

I wouldn't talk about it, if that theoretically happened, because the ATF wants to buttfuck all of us and will use any excuse to do it.

Yep, only one way to find out.

I'm going to wait for a few more positive responses...

Please remember that the theoretical gun is broken and will be fixed ASAP...

You went though several mags before the gun would stop firing?

I'd like to see that so I would know how to handle it if it ever happened to me.

Theoretically, an individual went through several magazines before swearing and laughing maniacally with a raging boner after pulling out a video camera to record the rare event...

I would think an unmodified gun that "malfunctioned" would be OK..... but any mods at all you might have trouble??

As a lawyer, I agree with the above

Thoretically, this weapon has had no modifications and this was the first time that this theoretical event has ever happened...

Theoretically, after this gun has been mailed off to the manufacturer, would an individual be able to theoretically speak about it?

Taking pictures/video burns more people than you think......
Look at the Troopers in Iraq.....

If the rifle was firing fully-automatic because it was slamfiring (like an SKS with a gummed-up firing pin from still having cosmoline in the channel), I would suggest no, don't take vids, and in fact don't shoot it again until it's fixed. It's dangerous, could damage your gun or, worse, your body.

If this theoretical situation ever took place, I would have to agree with you...

Thanks

I would "theoretically" quit talking about it! It only provides more proof that something "funky" is going on or about to!

Well, if a gun theoretically malfunctioned like this, and someone theoretically took a video, then I would theoretically ask for a IM link of this supposed video.

Edit: For educational purposes only, of course, to make myself more aware of the dangers of malfunctioning firearms.

Since this hypothetical theoretical event never took place, I would not have the video of this theoretical event...

Theoretically if the event did happen, theoretically I would  send the gun to my gunsmith ASAP...

I'm going to ask a moderator to lock this thread...
