Looks like a glock, the metel strip under the muzzle for the serial number and its got a gap at the bottom of the grip

Couldn't tell you what caliber though.

Definitely a Glock, look at the open cavity behind the magazine. the HK doesn't have that ugliness, which is part of why it points right.

Could have been an XD, it has the strip and cavity, but it is a Glock.

The trigger guard is the other giveaway, the shape of it that is. Also the slide profile helps.

The PD over there give Glocks to anyone who passed the background check. The guy can take it home then never show back up again and they do nothing about it. Ya we could get a Glock 17 over there with 4 hi cap mags for around $100.
