Um.....stupid question......what would you do if you were required to fire blanks and at the same time unable to use eye protection? One stray fleck of hot anything into the eyeball and he could lose more than just his eyesight.... |

| What do you mean, hot fleck of something? I've shot bunches and bunches of blanks during miles gear training. Never had that problem, and what's more, without a BFA, or other modification to the gun, it won't cycle full auto (so I suspect that the muzzleflash is probably a special effect instead of being real). |
Some prop guns fire a blast of propane or other flammable gas to create a muzzle flash. Also, the krink's flash hider is designed to work as an expansion chamber, enhancing backpressure and assisting with cycling. This might allow blanks to work more effectively. Just a guess on my part. |
