[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Apple IPOD or another Player?

My new Alpine in the miata has a connection for an IPOD.

SO, I'm trying to decide if I want an IPOD or another player.

The first quesiton is what file formats does the IPOD play. Most my my collection is in a WMA format. Does the IPOD play all formats?
