I you were to put 2 tannerite bottles next to each other and shot one would the explosion set off the other even though you didnt shoot it?? Thanks |
you are buying two inert components and mixing them together, thus you are technically making your own explosive, which IIRC you are allowed to do to a certain quantity. call it a loophole or whatever, but the bottom line is it is legal FOR NOW, so enjoy it while you can just make sure you get the spelling right

No - Tannerite requires a highspeed initiator to detonate - this is why you can often put lots of holes in a tannerite bottle with pistols or 22LR and nothing will happen. The main comapny that produces Tannerite used to sell stump kits - but these required permits and other red tape as you are now making a explosive device. Not sure if they still sell these. |
