How do I get the address bar back on my screen, it vanished yesterday. I went to view and put a check by it but nothing, wish I knew more about computers. Any help welcome

Is it possible you slid it closed ? Can you see the word Address but no box ?
Do you still have the commands File Edit View etc.....?

Right click the main top part and choose "Navigation Tool bar"
