Szechuan crispy beef- deep fried strips of beef tossed with a spicy sauce[drool]
Pot stickers- steamed(usually, sometimes fried) dumplings with meat(don't know what kind) in them BBQ pork Pork fried rice |

Moo Shoo chicken or shrimp. It's a cabbage/meat/veggie stir fry, served with rice pancakes (tortillas) and a plum sauce. You build your own chinese burritos one at a time. Quite tasty, not spicy, but tasty. The cabbage might get you later though. Also, I really like mongolian beef, especially at lunchtime when the local place serves it with the crispy white noodles instead of rice. Every time we go, though, my wife and I debate about just having them bring us crab rangoon (wonton with crab/cream cheese mix inside, deep fried) until we die of grease poisoning. Jim |

Funny, I actually just had Chinese delivered. The place stuck a menu to my doorknob yesterday, so I figured I'd give them a try. I got fresh veggie chicken and Szeschuan chicken. Very good.
