Probably is legal, just like the hell-fire, and other "trigger enhancers". Most of these seem to be a waste of time and money. Just learn to bumpfire, or get a full auto.

how does it work? if you do one action, and it fires more than 1 round its a machine gun.....

Unless it's a shoelace on an AK variant if the trigger must be pulled each time to get it to fire, it's not a machine gun in the ATFs eyes. Same reason bump firing is legal. The trigger is pulled each time.

Oh rest assured, I have absolutely no intentions of buying such a piece of dog shit. I've just never seen one that looks like that before.
