1. The ARFCOMpound will consist of at least 10 square miles of land in a state with gun-friendly laws.

2. The ARFCOMpound's land will be purchased by the owner of the particular plot of land; the combined land will not be considered the property of any entity, rather each portion is the property of each owner.

3. The ARFCOMpound will levy no local taxes of any sort.

4. The ARFCOMpound will be fully open to any member of the ARFCOMpact, being any non-troll member of ARFCOM and their immediate family who have expressed interest in living in the ARFCOMpound. Other residents will be by vote only.

5. All households of the ARFCOMpound are required to own at least one of each of the following for the defense of home, property, and the ARFCOMpound: A semi-automatic or fully-automatic rifle in the caliber .223, 5.56 NATO, 7.62x39, 5.45x39 or similar and capable of accepting magazines of at least 30 rounds OR a semi-automatic or fully-automatic rifle in the caliber .308 Winchester, 7.62x51 NATO, 7.62x54R, .30-06 or similar and capable of accepting a magazine or clip of at least 8 rounds; at least 3 clips or magazines for the above to be kept fully loaded at all times; at least 200 rounds of ammunition for the above; a handgun in a centerfire round; at least 200 rounds of ammunition for the above; a shotgun capable of holding at least 2 rounds; at least 25 rounds each of suitable buckshot and slugs for the above.

6. No regulations may be made by the ARFCOMpound restricting the right of the people to keep and bear arms.

7. The ARFCOMpound will be regulated and governed by direct vote of its residents for all matters in its administrative jurisdiction, the collective residents being the ARFCOMpact.

8. No homeowners' association or like-purposed organization may be formed without the express consent of all who would be affected; those who would move into such an area as is governed by such an organization would not themselves be governed by such an organization unless they expressly consent.

9. There shall be no laws made in the ARFCOMpound restricting freedom of speech, religion, expression, political beliefs, movement, or assembly save where it is a matter of obscenity or public safety. Likewise, the ARFCOMpound shall not make any law discriminating against any person on basis of race, religion, gender or age, nor shall they make any law preventing a private organization or owner of private property from so discriminating within the jurisdiction of their organization or property.

I thought this would be a proposed "interweb Pound" for those who make STOOPID post and we all vote them in there for atleast one day
