My whole desktop is missing and the toolbar. Nothing but the wallpaper left after a full Spyware Doctor scan.

Should I reboot?

If you hit Ctrl,Alt,Delete at the same time do you get a window to pop up?

If so click on the task manager then click Applications tab and in the lower left corner click on new task and type explorer and hit enter

if that doesnt work, a reboot should fix it

Reboot fixed it but cpu usage is over 50% now, worse than before.
